Full Body Screening
There are a number of diseases that can develop in the core of the body to advanced stages without noticeable symptoms. The Full Body Screening uses advanced Computed Tomography technology to scan the heart, lungs, abdomen and pelvis for any cancer or other growths on the liver, pancreas, kidneys or bladder. Gallstones, kidney stones and aortic aneurysms also can be found.
Early detection of these disorders enables early treatment, which increases the recovery rate and likelihood that less invasive measures can be used.
The Full Body Screening is often used for patients who:
- Have a family history that places them in a high-risk group
- Are facing a significant life change such as retirement that will cause a change in insurance coverage
- Will be moving to a country with substandard medical care
- Who are interested in additional peace of mind about their health
Details to know
- The Full Body Screening takes approximately 5 minutes
